HOW WE WORK
PRINTING Process
We use our proprietary silk screen printing process, creating a vibrant and extreamly durable print. Our print does not vanish after a few runs through the dishwasher.
Screen printing requires a separate screen for each printed colour. With multi colour prints its possible that one or more colours will meet, we require a .25 mm closure tolerance. Our printing process is so accurate that you may believe it is a digital print. Check out our gallery section as seeing is believing.

We enjoy helping and making it as easy as possible for you to decide which bottle will best suit your needs and the best placement of your printed graphics.
To speed up the process you can use two of our popular tools.
On each of our product pages and below you’ll find a button to download a correctly scaled PDF artwork guide as well as a colour chart for each bottle. Use it to test and size your artwork and then send it to us when you place your order.
Please keep in mind we use the silkscreen process to print and both solid colours and half tone graphics, so clean vector artwork is preferred whenever possible.

I’m contacting you to ask if you have any distributors in the USA that sell your bottles, specifically the 600 and 800 ml MAX bottles? At a road race here, I picked up a bottle thrown to the ground by a racer (and after washing it thoroughly), both me and my husband think this 600 MAX bottle is the best bike bottle we have ever used. It doesn’t leak all over your face when drinking either, something that many specialized bottles do, regardless of age. The 600 MAX bottle we have, hit the ground really hard when it was tossed down during the race and it still works perfectly. We are so impressed we would like to use your bottles now. Thanks!

Yes indeed! All of the sports bottles manufactured by EU Bottle comply with the latest European Union food safe regulations for re-usable food containers. Details of which can be supplied upon request.
No, absolutely not. All of the sports bottles manufactured by EU Bottle are made without the additive BPA.
Yes, all of the various colours we offer are European made color concentrates, commonly referred to as Masterbatch. Food safe declarations are available upon request.
Your sports bottle should be cleaned before first and after every use. Dishwasher top rack, with low heat produces the best result. Alternatively, washing by hand using a couple of drops of dish soap and lots of warm water also works.
For most models, it is 100 pieces.
For smaller quantities 3000 or less, generally 3 weeks. More than 20.000, please allow 6 – 7 weeks. Lead times start from the date of confirmed proof.
Yes, on quantities of 2500 bottles or more, for most models. Please add one or two weeks to the lead time .
Yes, but please contact the factory for details. Generally speaking you would need to order at least 20.000 bottles a year to make the additional tooling costs, cost effective.
